The Legal Awarenss Program (LAP) is one of the programs of the Cambodian Defenders Project. Its mission is to strengthen rule of law by promoting genral legal awareness, providing training to lay people, legal professionals, students, and staff of other organizations, commenting to the media and producing written and electronic training manuals and materials.
