Training on Law and Commune Council

From 28 to 29 April 2007, the SACKS association located at Svay Phaem Village in Svay Rieng invited Mr. Sok Sam Oeun, Director of CDP, to give lectures on law and commune council for fourty of its activists. Mr. Sok briefed them about what democracy means, the decentralization, roles of the commune chief and commune council and basic concepts of family law, domestic violence, and land law.
